Solder Paste Jetting and Micro Dispensing Systems
The servo controlled piston pump is capable of dispensing both nano-liter and pico-liter dosage amounts. The pump uses a small piston to displace material from a pump chamber through a tip.
The servo controlled closed loop pump actuator can move the piston in increments as small as 1 micron offering excellent displacement resolution. The pump dispenses small dots and lines down to 90um in size and works well with bonding adhesives, solder paste, silver filled epoxy, silicone and other viscous fluids.

Shinwa's servo controlled Rotary Screw Pump is capable of dispensing a wide variety of fluids including solder paste, epoxies, silicones and bonding adhesives. The screw pump has a detachable cartridge that is easy to clean and can be configured for a range of flow rates and application requirements.
Capable of high flow rates and dispensing dots and lines from 140um to 1+mm in diameter, the screw pump is excellent for Thermal Interface Materials, Silicones and Solder Paste dispensing 250um and larger.

Hot melt is a phase change material that is packaged in solid form and when heated becomes a liquid. The material is sensitive to changes in temperature and humidity requiring the jet to have excellent thermal stability, independently controlled heated zones and high frequency actuation for continuous path line dispensing.
Shinwa has extensive experience with Jetting hot melt adhesive materials, also known as PUR (polyurethane reactive). The adhesive is an excellent bonding agent and also helps to seal out moisture making mobile phones less prone to failure due to moisture or drop events. Because of these properties, Hot Melt is used widely in bonding and sealing SmartPhones. Control over line size and placement are critical to achieving good results and high manufacturing yields.
